Corporate attorney Dyan Gershman is the founder and partner of Gershman Law, PLLC in New York City. In addition, Dyan Gershman is a member of numerous legal organizations, including the New York Women’s Bar Association (NYWBA).
A founding chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York (WBASNY), NYWBA has been promoting women-centered initiatives in law and society for more than 80 years. Membership in NYWBA includes a host of professional development benefits, including free admission to the organization’s comprehensive continuing legal education program and access to Mentoring Circles, a program that matches experienced legal professionals with up-and-coming attorneys. Additionally, members enjoy social and networking events, such as the annual Gala Awards and the Judiciary Reception.
NYWBA members also have an opportunity to make a difference in the legal community through the organization’s partnership with WBASNY, which advocates for women in the legal profession at the state and federal levels.
